Elephant Enterprises LLC ("Elephant Enterprises," "we," "us," or "our") owns and operates TapVoice — an application and online platform providing users with resources for communication and education (collectively, the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use the Platform.
This Privacy Policy applies to all applications and websites under the Elephant Enterprises LLC brand, including TapVoice. Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meanings given in our Terms of Service.

Information you provide directly: We may collect information you provide when registering or using the Platform, including your name, email address, phone number, profile information, photos, and any content you enter or generate through the Platform.
Information collected automatically: When you use the Platform, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including: device type and unique device identifiers, operating system and version, IP address, browser type, app usage patterns and preferences, session duration and feature usage, language and timezone settings, and general location information derived from your IP address.
Information from third parties: We may receive information about you from third-party services you connect to the Platform, or from analytics providers.

The Platform is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the Platform or provide any personal information to us.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information as soon as possible. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at help@tapvoice.ai.
Users aged 13 to 17 may use the Platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for managing the minor's information and account. Parents may review, request deletion of, or refuse further collection of their child's personal information by contacting us at help@tapvoice.ai.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Upon receiving your request to delete your account, we will deactivate your account and delete or anonymize your personal information within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or maintaining security logs). Backup copies may take up to an additional ninety (90) days to be fully purged.

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Where required, we will provide notification within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach.
California Residents (CCPA/CPRA). If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; request deletion of your personal information; opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell personal information); and not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, additional rights and protections apply under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or equivalent legislation.
Lawful basis for processing. We process your personal data based on: your consent (which you may withdraw at any time); the necessity of performing our contract with you (i.e., providing the Platform); our legitimate interests (such as improving the Platform and preventing fraud); and compliance with legal obligations.
Your rights. You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; rectify inaccurate personal data; request erasure of your personal data ("right to be forgotten"); restrict or object to processing of your personal data; data portability (receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format); and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
International transfers. Your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our servers are located. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved transfer mechanisms to ensure adequate protection of your data when transferred outside the EEA.

We implement physical, technical, and administrative safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to use strong passwords and keep your account credentials confidential.
We may use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to identify you and remember your preferences when you use our web-based services. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
Global Privacy Control (GPC). We honor GPC signals sent by your browser as a valid opt-out of tracking where required by applicable law.
If you provide us with your contact information, we may send you service-related communications (such as account notifications and security alerts). We may also send promotional communications, from which you may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions in the message or by contacting us at help@tapvoice.ai.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through the Platform.
We may disclose your information to law enforcement or other authorities if compelled by a valid court order or if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to: comply with applicable law; protect the safety of any person; or prevent fraud or abuse of the Platform. Where permitted by law, we will attempt to notify you of such requests.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we will provide notice through the Platform or by other means. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
You may access and edit your information through your account settings. To request deletion of your account or personal data, contact us at help@tapvoice.ai. We will process your request in accordance with applicable law and the data retention commitments described in Section 6.
